| Valentina_Velvet Model Location United Kingdom Glasgow Paisley | Hi Lovely, Im not going to give you much advice im afraid, and im not going to agree with other people and say you look great etc.. Im going to go as far to say that you look quite a bit underweight to me.. And it worries me HUGELY that you feel that you want to lose more weight and tone up further My advice would be to put at the very least 6-8lbs BACK ON, then work on gently toning up your entire body at the gym with a set routine from a trainer - you may hate it - i know i do! - but when you see the effects it gives it will become a love/hate relationship pretty quickly.. Im afraid there's no easy way! But please, PLEASE listen to me.. It is in NO WAY natural to be 100% toned all over, natural is with a bit of wobble, and having curves etc - in my eyes - is far superior to gradually becoming a bag of bones. Working out is also healthy and very good for you (physically and mentally), until of course it becomes a real obsession where you need to be toned in every single area on your body.. Then it becomes a dangerously unhealthy habit (again, physically and mentally!).. Best of luck either way.. But please don't let my comment just go over your head.. +1 |

| Ellamae10 Model Location United Kingdom West Sussex Worthing - But will travel WORLDWIDE! | First of all, i didn't intend for my comment to be taken the wrong way, i was merely being honest with you, and felt that i was in a constructive, polite way.. So there's no need to be annoyed/upset. That wasn't my intention at all. I just genuinely think that someone needs to be straight with you about it, as as i say, your view of yourself seems very distorted. ok so does anyone no the best way to get rid of love handles and my chubby bum Secondly, above i have quoted your first post.. Or rather the part that is relevent here. You have said nothing about toning up OR losing weight at all.. You have merely said you want to, 'get rid of your love handles and chubby bum' ..so my point was that - from looking at your images - you have nothing in the way of either.. And whether you eat 3 meals a day or not (which is irrelevent), you do look as if you are seriously underweight. Some people are naturally very petite - thats a given! - but when various bones etc are jutting out of your body i would seriously rethink trying to find the best way to lose your, 'chubby bum'. That was my point. And i believe it to be a valid one.. |

| Chrissie_Red Model Location United Kingdom Tayside Perth/Coupar Angus | I personally don't think you need to change your body for the style of modelling you do... I do however think you may need to change your attitude a little, Ella was being helpful and took her time to give you some advice and I seen nothing at all rude about her comments. If you think her comments were rude you should re-think modelling altogether I have been on the receiving end of very hurtful and rude comments in the past. | |

| jes Model Location United Kingdom Suffolk Lowestoft | If you want to change your body shape, the best way is to consult a personal trainer. Cardio vascular work like running will help you tone up but you will lose weight with this also, and I'm not sure if that's what you want to do? Yoga is good for toning as are squats and similar exercises. Maybe you should go to your local gym and ask advice. You might be a bit more polite to them! |

| jes Model Location United Kingdom Suffolk Lowestoft | I've just looked at your pics and I personally don't think you're underweight but there is no way you have a chubby bum or love handles!!!!! There's nothing of you...Do you want to look like a boy??! I do think you could benefit from some better images though. If you look that good with crap images, imagine what you'll look like in good ones! |
