| Buddygb Photographer Location United Kingdom London Kent & South East | I work in office furniture/commercial interior design and we get asked regularly for loan stock for TV, film and promotional work - a couple of Bond movie sets being the most notable so far. Depending on the nature of the work, and the ultmate exposure, we are usually fairly happy to oblige if all delivery costs are covered and a refundable deposit is lodged to cover potential damage. Contact a couple of furniture dealers and/or manufacturers and ask them if you can borrow kit in return for copies of images/bragging rights. |

Cheers I realise that Staffordshire is a little shy on tv production companies so i thought it was a long shot. I did try moving the entire workforce to a chrome and glass building but apparently the big lie then got too big I shall now advise said client calls up regional office equip for discussion Ta |

| pat_hayes Photographer | An 'outside the box' answer may be to look at 'Serviced offices' they generally have offices and meeting rooms you can hire by the hour/day/week etc. Also, lots of hotels also have meeting rooms, with furniture, that could be used, big plus here is the space available for parking etc etc, catering, Even some Motorway Travelodges, Holiday Inn Express and other chain hotels have offices and meeting rooms you can hire by the hour/day etc Certainly less hassle than hiring/transporting/returning, then arguing over getting your deposit back for any minor damage. Just IMO of course, other opinions are available |
