| Neonpink Model This member has been suspended This member has been reset to pending Location United Kingdom Greater Manchester Manchester | Not sure if this has already been a topic (did a search but couldn't find one) Just seen the same topic on another forum, been quite amusing reading some of the replies. Unfortunately I haven't got much to share apart from being shoo'd off some park for being in my underwear and a class of school children being nearby, then after moving being caught in a big thunderstorm in some woods. Please share |

| crlightworks Photographer | For me it was a first TF shoot a few years ago with a local MUA and a model she provided in the hope of forming a collaborative relationship for future shoots. The deal was that we'd do some bridal hair and make-up shots for her port and then do some shots for my port. The MUA and model turned up late and the MUA had to borrow hairspray off my missus and took way longer than any other MUA I've worked with. We did the bridal shots and then, when it came to the shots for my port, I was informed that the MUA had to leave (with the model) in 15 mins to pick up her kids from school. For my bit, the MUA applied make-up that really clashed with the backdrop I wanted to use (though, she did correct it). The model proceeded to do a load of weird poses that I can only describe as being inspired by contortionism, before telling me "sorry I'm a bit rusty". I didn't get any usable shots from it. As the first shoot of the year, it really got me down. However, it's all good. I'm a big advocate of personal experience, and I learned A LOT from this shoot! |

| Phil_M Photographer Location United Kingdom Greater Manchester Stockport | Im so glad you didnt describe our shoot Laura :-) My worst......The models chaperone started to direct !!!! and I started to get the impression that the model was modelling for er..his pleasure. Seemed I was in some sort self confidence therapy session / voyeuristic threesome!! Very creepy made my excuses and left just 20 minutes in. It was my own fault, it one of those unplanned last minute, let's shoot type of mornings. I sat in my car, deleted all images..drove home feeling all dirty. Only my third ever shoot |

| HowardJ Photographer Location United Kingdom Surrey | Mine was a model telling me she had a great outdoor location with a lake and ruined buildings. We drove there and set off walking over a field to get to it. Half way there the model admitted there was no such location at the other side of the field and we turned round and walked back again with biting my lip (cos I'm nice like that). I also had a great one at the beginning of this year when I tried giving a model with an inflated ego some constructive direction as she was throwing random poses that were not what I wanted. She told me I always do this pose and people like it ( forget about what the person paying your wages actually told you he wants ). We got half way through the shoot and she said "If dont like the way I pose you can leave", so I cut the shoot short, left and left the first and only negative feedback (so far) I've ever left. |

| Antz Photographer Location United Kingdom Lancashire Blackpool | Mine would be arranging a 4 hour paid shoot with specific idea's for the session, even going as far as having the model take photographs of the items so I could color match the accessories which I bought, only for her not to bring any of them with her! I wasn't going to lose out on the studio fee I had to pay so had a look at what she had brought with her and came up with a few idea's and shot them, great I thought ..... left her looking at the images on the camera while I tidied up the studio then took her to the train station for her trip home. When I got home I uploaded the images to the PC only to find there was a large chunk of the final set missing, deleted by the model! I have learn't my lesson and now never leave any model alone looking at the images. |

| Diabolik Photographer Location United Kingdom West Sussex Brighton/Worthing | My two worst shoots both took place in Crawley. The first was at a models home and all was going well until a lorry pulled up outside and she ran upstairs looking panicked. She informed me from the top of the stairs that it was her step-father - who was likely to be very angry as he'd made her promise not to do any more modelling, and she'd agreed. Then she cheerily told me that actually it would be ok as he didn't have a key to the house anymore as her Mum had thrown him out for being a violent, drunken thug. Well, naturally that put my mind at rest. I'd like to say that I stood up to this aggressive and over-bearing character, but actually I slunk out of the back door and into the woods behind, feeling like a complete low-life. My second Crawley experience involved a TF shoot in a hotel with a Polish model who'd contacted me on Facebook. On entering her room I was confronted by three girls in various states of undress, doing make-up etc, and a hard-faced middle-aged woman smoking a cigarette by the window and glaring at me. I was informed by her that I was to take 'sexy photo' of her girls (and herself!) for their escort listing profiles. Tempted as I was, I decided to leave, much to her annoyance. There was much shouting and they started arguing amongst themselves. I tried to interject but gave up and left. One of the girls caught up with me by the hotel bus-stop and tried to get me to come back in. A coach full of foreign students spilled out all around us and watched as I attempted to placate an increasingly agitated Polish escort outside a Crawley hotel. It was funny in its surreal, comedic nature at the time but has become more and more depressing each time I've remembered it. |

If the pictures had been deleted from the memory card, there would've been every possibility to recover those pics with simple free software found on the net. |

I'm picturing the Holiday Inn on the Tushmore - am I right? They say everyone has a book inside them.... |
