If you mean the specks on the camera they will wipe off with a quick clean, as I said I didnt retouch the body at all. 5D is a great camera and it has served me well. If you have a used car and you get a key scratch by the door or a few stone chips then you'd just get a touch up stick... If you're selling a camera, what is the difference? none whatsoever. In order to get the maximum price for anything, you have to present it looking at it's best. One guy suggested it wasn't in the condition you said it was as he can see a few marks on it which look to me like dust but nothing that would vaguely put me off. You'll get the most money on ebay for it as you have a nice combination of camera and lens but the better you present it, the more you'll get. If that means cleaning it and touching the hot shoe up then really it's no big deal. It's not like anyones going to think your camera has been in a crash and it's two camera's stuck together with filler! It's a bit like selling a dirty car or a clean car... the clean one will sell first! |

I wouldn't expect a professional camera from a few years back to be in a "showroom" condition, certainly not on a forum like this - possibly from a amateur in the local rag.... |

This is all you need I might get a 5D mk11 when you all get your new Mk3's, but only if I get a deal like I got on this. If you have spare cash, get an 'L' series lens as well, you'll be pleased you did |
