I wondered if it would be worth having a warning of some sort come up when you're about to post on a thread which has been quiet for a certain length of time (say 2 months or more).

Some posts are useful for anyone using the search facility but some can simply leave you scratching your head as to why.
When you are dead, you do not know that you are dead. All of your pain is felt by others. The same thing happens when you are stupid.

The rate of posting is so slow theses days that 2 months is quite short.......

Only if a moderator notices what's happened and subsequently edited the title.

It needs something as not only the threads are poorly populated but for us poor sods in Scotland, there are very few models actually working - proved this with a recent post, only generated a handful of returns from the old faithfuls. Let's get this site back where it was - vibrant - before it withers on the vine.

Remove those loons doing the 'word games' makes the site look like a lie tent old folks day room.
