| Jenni_leigh Model | Hi I have a interview with Mac cosmetics tomorrow to work as a sales assistant and make-up artist on one of their counters. I was told to do some research into the brand so they can ask me questions about it during the interview. Thing is i dont quite know what they will be asking and what they are looking for. Should i take a portfolio, What standard are they looking for, what type of questions do they ask etc? Has or does anyone work for them and can provide advice on this before tomorrow! Please help! | LindsaySianSnuggs Make-up Artist Location United Kingdom Hampshire Southampton | Hi, I had an interview with Bobbi Brown recently and I assume that as they are both Estee Lauder that at least some questions will be similar. They will ask you what you think about the ethos of the brand; how you see your make up style and how that fits in with MAC style. Most of their questions will be about the sales side of things, dealing with clients/customers, how you make a sale, what you expect from a make up counter and how you would make sure your customer gets great service. They will also more than likely ask you about your favourite product(s) and why you like them & how you would sell/demo these to a client. Hope this helps a bit.... all the best for the interview, Lindsay |
