Purestorm is pleased to present it's new Casting Call section for the members of the site.

Dear Member

After many requests from members to introduce a casting call section we are pleased to finally have this up and running. You will see that a new button has been added to the navigation menu titled 'Castings', click on this to view the list of casting calls that are currently active. You don't have to be logged in to view a casting call but you do have to be logged in to apply for and create a casting call.

There are a number of reasons for having the casting call section in favour of posting for work on the forum as it was previously, the two main advantages are : -

1. You can filter casting calls to view only results relevant to your own location and whether you want paid work or time for images, this saves you having to trawl through non-relevant postings in the forum.
2. You can register for casting notifications, run your mouse over the new 'castings' button on the navigation bar and you should see a menu appear underneath it, one of the options is 'Casting Call Notifications', click on it and you will be presented with a page that will allow you to set up these notifications.
   Once you have set up your notifications any casting calls that are created which match your notification criteria will be emailed to you so you can choose which casting call to look at without even having to visit the site.

You should find that using this new system provides a much easier and more convenient way for you to search and offer work, if you have any feedback that you would like to add regarding this new addition including anyway that you think it could be improved then please use the feedback link at the bottom of the page
