So I finally got to shoot with Jules at the weekend!
I've been wanting to meet him for a while after discovering some of his Polaroid work elsewhere. Some people you just find that you're on the same page as when it comes to photography, and I really felt that that would be the case with Jules.
Jules very kindly put up with me for a whole day and evening so we had plenty of time to work through several of the ideas that we'd discussed pre-shoot, as well as trying anything that sprung to mind at the time. He fed me lots of tea and made sure I was well-looked after. What struck me afterwards was how comfortable I had felt the entire time, and generally how easy it was working with him. Jules is a really lovely bloke and I had such a laugh. He knows his stuff technically but he's also very apt at helping you as a model, get what you want from the shoot. It was a true collaborative process working with him .
I've already received a bunch of images from our shoot that I'm over the moon with. And I really hope he'll let me pop over again when the weather gets a bit better, so I can steal more of his cameras and maybe the cat too... if I'm sneaky! And next time the curry is on me.

Julian was great to work with.
I felt I was able to relax and not take things too seriously as he was up for a laugh and easy to get along with.
The results, images sent within a day of the shoot which made my time spent with Julian worthwhile.
I'm really looking forward to viewing the other images and wouldnt hesitate to work with Julian at some stage in the near future :)
Had a brilliant shoot with Jules. He is very laid back but professional and has some great ideas. You will defo not be disappointed with the photo results from the shoot - Amazing tog !!
I had the pleasure of working with Jules yesterday and would definitely recommend doing so to any reliable model. Communications prior to the shoot were fantastic. Jules was well prepared, had plenty of ideas and arranged enough locations for us to choose from. I really enjoyed the shoot, Jules' creativity and willingness to take on my ideas too. So happy with the results and I am looking forward to working with him again soon.
Its an experience to remember working with Julian! We had lots of laugh and fun throughout our shoot, i couldnt stop smiling! He made me feel completely at ease confident, no pressure at all. He is so easy to work with, very good with direciton. I would never have been able to be as brave as a model or comfortable with my body if Julian had not given me the opportunity to discover a new side. Highly recommendable. Would definitely work with him again :) Thank you so much for being an amazing person to work with Julian!
