Experience:
I got my first taste of the photography bug in the early 1980's, when I learned to develop my own slide films, and black & white prints. Sadly a spell of unemployment forced me to sell my kit. Fast forward to early 2012, and on an impulse I went out and bought a Canon DSLR. I have attended a number of studio lighting workshops, not just to learn about lighting shots, but also to learn how to work with models. As well as studio shoots I have enjoyed doing a number of home shoots with models, mainly using my own lighting. I have limited experience of location shoots, so would like to do more of these if possible.

Comments:
I normally pay models for shoots, or do part paid shoots. I have worked with both new models, and with experienced and published models, and have enjoyed working with both. Transport is my main problem, as I don't have a car at the moment, but I will happily travel by bus or train for shoots I enjoy, having travelled all over Northamptonshire, and to Milton Keynes, London, Tamworth, Essex, and even the darkest depths of Cambridgeshire! I particularly enjoy working with alternative and glamour models, at various levels from fashion, through to nude, although I don't do 'adult' work, just not my cup of tea.

It has been a while since I last shot with Paul so was a lovely surprise to see him again at Unique Capture.
Paul gave excellent direction and came up with some good ideas for our shoot.
Have no hesitation in recommending Paul.

I worked with Paul during my recent studio day at Eye For An Image studio. He had some great ideas as well as allowing me to pose myself, and was very easy to communicate with.

Had a good shoot with Paul today at home, got some great pics even though we had limited space. Would def recommend Paul and would be happy to work with him again.
