Far from your average model! I aim to bring my unique brand of vintage to everyone; of every age, shape and size. Thank you for looking at my vintage and stage portfolio! Feel free to email me if you have any dance, theatrical or vintage fashion related ideas for me- these are the only type of projects that I am interested in being involved with; very limited space for TF in 2013. My diary is pretty full on and I prefer to concentrate on my areas of expertise! I enjoy everything I do: Fashion, the arts, dance and performance, are my passions in life, along with my horses!:-) I am currently supporting and promoting the project to build a lasting memorial to the Women's Land Army: the Women's Land Army Tribute and Pitch in for Victory. I believe in making a difference and aim to use my modelling career to create a lasting and meaningful impact. I also write extensively for vintage fashion blogs and online magazines and am a popular columist. Independent short film. #Modelling- Editorial, promotional and advertising on behalf of a successful vintage boutique. Numerous vintage themed shoots. Beauty. Vintage wedding a speciality- advertising and editorial. Promotional work. Successfully hosted sell-out studio days. #Fashion and styling- Vintage enthusiast with expertise in styling the 20s, 40s, 50s and 60s in particular. I have attended workshops on hair and makeup for vintage which complements my work perfectly, both in front of the camera and on stage. Supported local theatre companies with styling and make up for performace. Also hold make-over and styling sessions for 1920s-1960s. Supported the cast of The wedding Singer with hair, make up and styling- performed at The Garrick Theatre. #Photography- I've some experience behind the camera as well so I know both sides of creating a great image!

I have the great pleasure of working with Candy May at ARC Camera Club last night. She was a joy to work with and came with a great selection of Vintage fashion items for us to work with. She worked hard all night covering a variety of looks and lighting styles. A good night and recommended by me.

This is the second occassion that I have had the pleasure of working with Candy in a group environment shoot and I have to say that Candy is a fantastic model to work with, she is so enthusiastic, she has lots of beautiful clothes, and the camera loves her :-)

I booked Candy for a dance group shoot at my studio. Great communications before the shoot. Candy arrived fully prepared - not only with outfits requested but with printed sheets for the photographers with ideas for dance poses that they might want to shoot. We had a great shoot and I am happy to recommend Candy to other photographers.
