Experience:
I have gained experienced a range of special effects such as ageing, a&e wounds such as bruises, cuts scars and bites, including a little prosthetic work applying small pieces. i have some experience in making bald caps and fitting wigs. I have great experience in creating characters and have characters such as a tramp, an egptian queen, the queens of arts, a moulin rouge dancer and many historical looks including the twenties, fifties, the sixties, seventies and the edwardian age. I have gained experiece working with the police to recreate a car crash, where i had to characterize my model to look like hed been knocked off his bicycle by a car. i created my own high fashon mad hatters wife for a charity fashion show. i also have gained some experience in bridal makeup from being hired for several weddings to do the brides and bridesmaids makeup. i have experience in bodypainting and the use of an airbrush including airbrushing beauty makeup. i want to gain as much experience as possinle, particularly in character and special effects makeup.

I'm currently trading as a make-up artist, accepting paid and unpaid work to gain more experience within the industry. I am in my final year at university studying special effects make-up and ready to work full time within the industry. I enjoy working not only with special effects make-up but also fashion and editorial. i love building characters and creating an overall design including costume. i also enjoy making my own costumes and accessories.
