Experience:
I am an amateur photographer, enjoying landscape photography for many years. I am now moving into studio work with models, especially those that do not necessarily fit the stereotypical image - perhaps a special or alternative look, girl next door, boudoir, 50's pin up, urban, tattoo, goth, fetish, the older or larger woman. I want the women I photograph to look wonderful and sexy, where their whole personality comes to the forefront and bumps, curves or idiosyncrasies not only don't matter, but add to their whole persona. If a model has a 'home location' for a shoot then this for me is a bonus as I'm not so keen on shots with sterile backgrounds! I find that an uncluttered homely background enhances the shot and i also love those early morning outside shots in the warmer weather. I will always respect boundaries and would expect to discuss this before any booking. I am respectful, friendly and chatty and look at the whole thing as a two way experience where we both contribute to get a great set of shots.

Comments:
Though taking pictures of a beautiful woman is always a pleasure, I particularly like shoots which do not fit the norm - urban, goth, punk, fetish, tattoo, pierced, different ages, different sizes, different look. I enjoy trying for an alternative look and feel. I'm learning something new as I go and I'm hoping you will be there with me too!

Stephen is a real gentleman to shoot with. He booked me at pauls studio for a tuition course and was very respectable of my levels and safety.
Great fun to shoot with, chatty too!
I felt completely safe with stephen and would highly recommend him.
